Full-time position - Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Summary of Duties: Assist external customers (e.g. residents, patrons, registrants) and internal customers (e.g. employees) with requests for service either by phone, computer or in-person. Assist with administrative duties for the Woodlands Fire Department administrative office.

Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience: One (1) year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Computer Skills: Computer proficiency in MS Office required. Preferred but not required experience with Tyler Technologies and Teams.
